I've been tracking a weather station closer to Rabbit Ears. This one sits just under 10K and it looks like the temps should be 8-10 degrees cooler at that elevation. Yesterday was a high of 67.
Jim- I used one last year, it is dark for sure, but there was plenty of light from the other runners so I'm leaving mine behind this year. From what I remember it was less than 1/2 an hour that you needed light.

Yeah, but don't forget your water at Dumont, that climb to Rabbit Ears was the hottest and most exposed last year. Still looks to be a "fast" day.
Good luck this weekend!! Hope you have a fantastic race and have plenty of material for a good race report =)
P - Was a headlamp necessary last year at the start?
Good luck Patrick & Woody - hope you both have a great run! Wish I could be there!!
