Did 14 miles last week, maybe a good taper will be 10 this week, then 5 leading into it. OK, probably not, but it was a good thought. I felt the need to give my hip a break last week though, we'll see what it feels like this week. You feeling ready for 50?Aaronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07489311127532059233noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2925540887861811142.post-54218740932934862192010-09-06T20:46:52.712-07:002010-09-06T20:46:52.712-07:0011 days.11 days.trudginalonghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07960282857443641699noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2925540887861811142.post-57522079115580017912010-09-05T18:59:18.189-07:002010-09-05T18:59:18.189-07:00Nice job on the peak bagging. Shadow canyon is pretty crazy steep...last time I did it was march I think and the bottom was muddy and the last mile was 6-12 inches of snow and crazy steep...and I was in five fingers. (Not recommended...I actually made it to bear peak after post-holing the back side ascent, with very cold feet, and thinking back now feel pretty sheepish to have done that.)Aaronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07489311127532059233noreply@blogger.com
